Surviving Mann
Surviving Mann is the ultimate high-stakes military challenge, hosted by SEAL Team 6 veteran and NYT best-selling author Don Mann. Contestants battle to lead Mann's elite tactical team, facing extreme survival tests alongside celebrity co-hosts.

Episode 1
Head First into PT
Season 3 of Surviving Mann starts with no time wasted... straight to PT. The contestants are thrown straight into physical training, to determine where everyone lies and how to properly group them into the iconic Black and Blue Surviving Mann teams. From Olympic athletes to cast favorites, these eight competitors are ready to prove what they’ve got.

Episode 2
Physical Training Smorgasbord
Mike Glover, Green Beret and retired CIA operative, joins Don to kick it up a notch for our contestants. What would Surviving Mann be without some log PT? If it’s good enough for the Seals - it’s good enough for our contestants. If that wasn’t hard enough, Don and Mike have the contestants do some tire pulling, a run, tug of war, land nav and a Tyrolean traverse over alligator infested water. Oh, and did we mention the 40mph wind and rain storm?

Episode 3
The Tides are Changing
Still reeling from a mission briefing from the CIA, the contestants are thrown into a punishment for breaking protocol. It’s safe to say the contestants are having a sobering morning. However, the contestants are given a minor reprieve when Don assigns them to some stretch PT to give them a break before the ropes course gauntlet in the afternoon.

Episode 4
Nothin' Better Than Some Shooting and Recon
Day 4 of Season 3 kicks off with some much anticipated shooting.. or does it? This course of fire is actually using the latest cutting-edge CO2 technologies to train the contestants with another option for nonlethal force. Having a new weaponry option tucked in their arsenal, the competitors set out on their first recon mission for their CIA mission. Trudging through Alligator infested waters to their rendezvous point, the weight of the successful mission hangs in the balance.

Episode 5
Olympic Level PT and an After Action Report
For physical training, Don does something unexpected when he hands over the reins to a contestant to lead. One would think that would make for an easy go of it, if it weren’t for the 3-time Olympian that was now in charge. Next, co-host Mike Glover leads Surviving Mann’s first ever After-Action report to debrief the previous night’s mission. Afterwards, the infamous Blah line makes its season debut to the contestants’ chagrin.

Episode 6
The Range is Hot
Episode 6 kicks off with some much anticipated weapons training and tactical shooting. Armed with some killer Black Aces shotguns, the teams are challenged with a unique course of fire. From there, Athlon Optics and Modern Pneumatic Sporting Devices configure a hunting air rifle for the contestants to play with.

Episode 7
Life Lessons A Plenty
The wrath of Mann is upon the contestants as Don doles out punishments to the entire squad for one person’s mistake. On the tails of the punishment, Don leads everyone in a lesson on BUD/S training. Later, co-host and retired Green Beret, Mike Glover, gives the contestants a life lesson on survival they won’t soon forget. To top off the episode, one of the contestants demonstrates his industry-changing hollow point bullets in some meaty targets.

Episode 8
The Glove Returns and It Brought A Friend
The Glove Returns with a vengeance! This crop of contestants is the best of the best.. but how do they stack up against The Glove? Where about to find out. After The Glove waves goodbye, it’s hot-headed friend makes a debut courtesy of Exothermic Technologies. The contestants have a hard time keeping a smile off their faces as they shoot at targets and then blow them up.

Episode 9
W.O.F.T. For The Win
CQB training is imperative for mission success, and since Don doesn’t do anything half-heartedly, it was time for a road trip. Equipped with Titanium Foam suppressors (yeah, you read that right), the team is ready to test their skills in an elite training facility. Afterwards, we check in with Dr. Jen for a sneak peak at the new Surviving Mann: All Stars filming location.

Episode 10
Mission Day and EEIs
The moment you all have been waiting for is here – it’s mission day. While the contestants wait for word from HQ, no time is wasted outfitting them with mission essentials. When word comes through with strict orders not to engage with the cartel, but to save any hostages they come across, the team must use all their training thus far to pull off this important recon operation.

Episode 11
GOAT Rifles for the GOATs
The mission is still imminent, but something pressing came up.. some really cool guns! This course of fire includes an amazing rifle, a man down and an opportunity to go full-auto. Then, Crossfire lets the team try out a tactical bat that includes a 22LR Pistol and a window breaker spike. If that’s not enough to get the blood pumping, the contestants try out a silencer fit for the most secretive of missions and a John Wick shotgun. Buckle up.

Episode 12
When Pigtails and Pistols Strike
The night mission is a go... or so they thought. As the team readied for the night mission, word from HQ derails the plan. The team has to act fast to adapt to an ever-changing hostage situation. With an ingenious plan formed, some contestants have to go undercover to get the intel needed to complete the mission. See who this season's winner is on the nail-biter season finale of Surviving Mann.
