Episode 1
Let The Games Begin
The best of the best are back to compete, and Don’s serving up a heaping plate of his signature 10-part PRT. A bear crawl down a mountain, log running and two-point planks are just some of Don’s welcome gauntlet. And the cherry on top—a 5k desert run. But the contestants only have themselves to blame. Because when you’re already amongst the elite, you have to do whatever it takes to find the one who stands above the rest.
Episode 2
Special Ops Readying For Deployment
The CIA has called again, and Don has answered the call on behalf of the A-team. A team of special operatives are needed for a highly classified peace mission that could turn deadly at a moment's notice. To spearhead their mission training efforts, the team hits the range with some state-of-the-art SIRT pistols. Then, the gloves are off and the team gets their first course of fire for the season. After the fun course of fire, the team switches gears to knife throwing and fire building, with the help of Top Knives. It’s safe to say, these All-stars aren’t waiting a second.
Episode 3
Catch Me If You Can
It’s a new day, which means Don takes the contestants' training to new heights..literally. But first, the All-Stars are split into teams for a searching mission, using Offgrid’s Faraday bags. Later, they’re introduced to the new ropes course, “The Odyssey”, to test their mental and physical fortitude, as well as their endurance, using a climbing wall. See who rises to the occasion and who suffers from "paralysis by over analysis” in this episode.
Episode 4
Close The Distance
The day starts off with some unique courses of fire that get the All Stars’ blood pumping. With the help of Rogue Ops, New Frontier Armory and Griffin Armament, the teams are outfitted with the most premiere artillery in the industry. Then, the All Stars get out of the heat and head indoors to do some CQC training with Surviving Mann alum, Randy Couture. If anyone thought it would be a break... they were surely mistaken.
Episode 5
Let There Be Light
With physical training underway, Don hands the All Stars to master weaponry specialists for intense combat preparation. The contestants face a grueling course of fire with a high-powered rifle, alongside fire-making and blade training challenges. Pushed to their limits, they race to earn points for the upcoming mission, where every skill counts. Can their new tactics withstand Don Mann’s ultimate test of resilience? Episode 6
Becoming the Gray Man
The day kicks off with “The 1000-Yard Shot,” and the All-Stars are put to the test bright and early. Who will “make impact” and who will fall flat? Following the competition, Don receives a call from the CIA: the mission is officially greenlit, and it’s time for the All-Stars to kick things into high gear. This moment marks a pivotal shift in their training, with lives now hanging in the balance. After a crash course in the classroom, the All-Stars head to the field for what they think is a land navigation exercise… but things quickly spiral when a group of aggressive hostiles ambushes and captures the competitors for an intense hostage training scenario. Will any of them make it out—and live to tell the tale?
Episode 7
No Rest for the Battle-Tested
With a night of torture behind them and a morning packed with PT, the All-Stars set their sights on the mission ahead. When Don introduces a 200-meter shooting evolution using Ace Precision Firearms, the group is eager—though they didn’t expect an air mattress to be part of the equation. Later, Nemo Arms ups the ante with a challenge featuring three of their firearms and a rugged desert terrain course of fire. Just as the contestants begin to wind down for the day, Olight steps in to illuminate the path to the next round of challenges.
Episode 8
The Best in the West
This morning, the All-Stars are pulled up by their bootstraps to compete for a chance to win The Golden Boy. Who will rise to the occasion in this Western-themed challenge and take home a piece of true American craftsmanship? Next, the training turns cerebral with the help of BlazePod. With mental fortitude playing a critical role in mission success, Don goes above and beyond to ensure the contestants are mentally—and physically—ready for battle. Later, the team is introduced to a groundbreaking product designed to reduce draw time while under enemy fire.
Episode 9
Minigun to Mega Chopper
T-minus one day to the mission, and the All-Stars are feeling the pressure. With a warm-up course of fire under their belts, the team levels up to some serious firepower—thanks to the experts at Capitol Armory. Just when they think the day can’t get any more intense, Don sends them sky-high for a one-of-a-kind shooting challenge aboard the Capitol Armory chopper. Once back on solid ground, the All-Stars dive into critical training scenarios designed to make or break their mission success. With time ticking down and expectations mounting, the team must dig deep, trust their instincts, and come together like never before.
Episode 10
Final Stand
In the season finale of All Stars 3, the contestants’ hard work throughout the competition is put to the ultimate test. With tensions in the Middle East reaching a boiling point, the CIA assigns the All-Stars an executive protection mission for a key negotiator. However, before the team can deploy, escalating terrorist activity dramatically raises the threat level. Facing a surge of hostile forces, the All-Stars must come together to secure their principal and ensure their safety at all costs. When they're caught on the X with no clear way out, there's only one option left—eliminate the threat. Who will survive the mission? And who will emerge victorious?
